Application & Reflection

  • What are some areas in your life where you can and need to be a better steward (live more wisely) when it comes to your time and life?
  • In what areas of your life do you need to better understand how to know God’s will and His plans for you?
  • How is your life demonstrating that you are being filled with the Spirit of God?

We are glad you are here this morning to worship God together with us! We hope that through this service you would experience God’s blessings to you — and know His love for you through Jesus Christ and the presence of His Spirit!

If this is your first time here, please fill out one the pink cards in the pew and pass onto any of our ushers if you would like us to contact you with more information about our church.

Question 33:  Should those who have faith in Christ seek their salvation through their own works, or anywhere else?

Answer: No, they should not, as everything necessary to salvation is found in Christ.  To seek salvation through good works is a denial that Christ is the only Redeemer and Savior.

Passage(s): 1 Peter 1:1-2
