Major events 2015
- Roof repair on top of second floor classrooms
- Replaced rain gutter – east side of sanctuary (flooding of front sanctuary)
- Changed all emergency EXIT Signs (15 total) – Fire department inspection
- Moved storage of lunch utensils to duplex – Fire dept
- Playground “Track Ride” repair
- Cut down palm trees in back parking lot
Routine operations
- Order / stock lunch items, toilet items, and coffee items
- Baptismal preparation and clean up
- Annual church clean-up
Maintenance and Repair
- Replaced fluorescent light tubes, and bad ballasts
- Fix broken tables
- Court yard tables and umbrella
- Fix toilet water leak
- Window latch and mini-blinds
- Replace drinking water (R/O) storage tanks
Challenges
- Rain water come in front sanctuary – rain gutter overflow, or drain clog
- No heat in cold morning < 45°F – heat pump not enough (no natural gas heater)
- Glass doors not locking after close
- Inside doors make too much noise when close, disturb worship or class
- Items block emergency exit
