 Major events 2015     

  • Roof repair on top of second floor classrooms
  • Replaced rain gutter – east side of sanctuary (flooding of front sanctuary)
  • Changed all emergency EXIT Signs (15 total) – Fire department inspection
  • Moved storage of lunch utensils to duplex – Fire dept
  • Playground “Track Ride” repair
  • Cut down palm trees in back parking lot

Routine operations

  • Order / stock lunch items, toilet items, and coffee items
  • Baptismal preparation and clean up
  • Annual church clean-up

Maintenance and Repair

  • Replaced fluorescent light tubes, and bad ballasts
  • Fix broken tables
  • Court yard tables and umbrella
  • Fix toilet water leak
  • Window latch and mini-blinds
  • Replace drinking water (R/O) storage tanks

Challenges

  • Rain water come in front sanctuary – rain gutter overflow, or drain clog
  • No heat in cold morning < 45°F – heat pump not enough (no natural gas heater)
  • Glass doors not locking after close
  • Inside doors make too much noise when close, disturb worship or class
  • Items block emergency exit
